For National Women & Girls day, the girls and staff enjoyed a great day taking part in lots of sporting activities, such as Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Swimming, Cheerleading, Taekwondo and Basketball. Local instructors led sessions. We even had a visit from a Taekwondo National Champion! It was great to see the girls truly embrace the experiences with confidence and enjoyment.
