1.  Funding Agreement

A Deed of Variation relating to our Funding Agreement dated 21^st January 2013 was agreed by The Secretary of State on 30^th March 2017.

Clause 21 of the  Funding Agreement has been amended from this date and restated:-

The planned number of places changed and from September 2017 were 202 in the age range 8-16 and a sixth form of 50 places, this increased further in September 2018 to 60 places in the sixth form
